The Challenges for This Project
→ Digitalizing the management of resident data in my local district, which was initially done manually.
→ Digitalizing the collection of monthly fees, which previously relied on manual record-keeping.
→ Generating reports and receipts.
Before
#1. Resident data was manually recorded and stored in a ledger.
#2. Monthly contribution data from residents was also manually recorded and kept on contribution cards.
#3. It took a relatively long time to search for resident data and monthly contributions.
After
#1. A custom integrated database table has been created within a single container.
#2. The search process is now faster and can be done from anywhere as long as there is an internet connection.
